This program is designed for Microsoft Excel 5.

To load the program:
	1. Move the main file, "VARPMT5D.XLS", to the directory where
 	   you keep your EXCEL5 files.
	2. Start EXCEL5 and "Open" the "VARPMT5D.XLS" file.
	3. Once opened, press the "Start Demo" button to begin.

After viewing the Demonstration you can view and print both the 
Charts and Spreadsheet.
The charts are great on a color printer !
The "Calculate Months" button will continue to function to allow
you to calculate the number of months remaining on your loans.

The full function registered version is only $20.00 and includes
